Welcome to Yogapoint Blog

Hari Om
All Yoga Brothers and Sisters

Let us share our yoga experiences and knowledge with each other using this wonderful advances in technology.

The knowledge of Yoga is eternal and exists with the man kind for thousands of years. The purpose of Yoga is to realize the infinite Brahman within and the oneness of this infinite Brahman with universal infinite Brahman. The Brahman is full of knowledge, it is complete in every aspect of creation, operation and transformation. Yoga says the knowledge of this Brahman gives the eternal joy and bliss. Buddha says it is the end of pain. So let us walk all together on the path leading to the infinite.

best regards

  1. Hari Om

I have been a self taught practitioner of Yoga referring to books that were available at that time. Though my practice over the years were not regular, with every renewal of practice i could come back to a reasonably good shape for practice in a months time. After about 27 seven years in Media & Advertising i have decided to call it a day there and dedicate myself to Yoga. I have now enrolled for the Teacher Training Programme at Yoga Vidya Gurukul in the February 2011 batch and am now eagerly looking forward to the course.

  3. Yoga is about physically challenging yourself to achieve personal goals according to your own
fitness level, health and lifestyle. Yoga revolves around connecting with your inner self, and you do not have to be flawlessly flexible to do that!.
